What data do we collect ?

Reflex collects the following data:

  1. Personal identification information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address)
  2. Answers to the questions related to the field the database was created for

How do we collect your data ?

You directly provide Reflex with the data we collect. We collect data and process it when you voluntarily complete a survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

How will we use your data ?

Reflex collects your data so that we can select the appropriate individuals who then might participate in market studies and product-testings.

If you agree, Reflex may share your data with our Clients to offer you their products and services; you will always be asked for consent.

How do we store your data ?

Reflex securely stores your data with the system provided by our survey builder, SurveyMonkey, that is only accessed by a limited number of Reflex employees and subcontractors.

Reflex will store your answers for 12 months. Once this timeframe ends, your data will be erased in its entirety.

What are your data protection rights ?

Reflex wants to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  1. The Right to Access – You have the right to contact Reflex to request copies of your personal data. You may be charged a small fee for this service.
  2. The Right to Rectification – You have the right to request that Reflex corrects any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that Reflex completes any information you believe may be incomplete.

  4. The Right to Restrict Processing – You have the right to request that Reflex restricts the processing of your personal data.
  5. The Right to Object to Processing – You have the right to object to Reflex’s processing of your personal data.
